Strategy & Transformation

Digital Transformation

Redesign how work actually gets done — processes, journeys and ways of working — and track the value until the change has paid for itself.

Is this for you?

You might need this if…

You’ve invested in new systems, but people still work around them with spreadsheets, emails and manual handovers.

Several change initiatives are running in parallel, and nobody can say which ones are delivering what was promised.

Customers or employees complain about slow, fragmented processes that cross too many departments and systems.

Leadership has agreed that the business must change, but there is no shared plan, business case or owner for making it happen.

What we deliver

What it covers

Transformation strategy and business case

We define what the transformation should achieve, which capabilities need to change and in what order. Each step comes with a business case, so investment decisions rest on expected value, cost and risk.

Process redesign with process mining

We use event data from your systems to show how processes really run, where time is lost and where rework happens. Then we redesign them with the people who do the work, removing steps rather than digitising them.

Transformation office

We set up and run the transformation office that coordinates initiatives, dependencies, decisions and reporting. Leadership gets one view of progress and value, and initiatives stop competing for the same people.

Customer and employee journey design

We map the journeys your customers and employees go through, find the moments that cause friction and design better ones. Changes are tested with real users before they are built.

Change management and adoption

We plan communication, training and leadership engagement so that new ways of working actually stick. Adoption is measured, and support is adjusted where teams struggle.

Value tracking and benefits realisation

We define measurable benefits up front, assign owners and track them through and after delivery. You see which initiatives create value and can redirect funding from those that do not.

Our approach

How we work

01

Diagnose

Interviews, process data and journey mapping to understand how the business really works today and where change will create the most value.

02

Design

A target way of working — processes, journeys, roles and supporting systems — with a business case and a sequenced plan.

03

Transform

Delivery in waves through a transformation office, with change management running alongside each wave rather than at the end.

04

Embed

Benefits tracked against the business case, adoption measured and new ways of working handed over to line ownership.

Best practices

What we bring to every engagement

Fix the process before the system

Automating a broken process only makes the problem faster, so we redesign the work first and choose technology second.

Use data, not opinions

Process mining and journey analytics show where time and cost actually go, which settles debates that workshops cannot.

Name an owner for every benefit

A benefit without a named business owner is rarely realised, so ownership is agreed before funding is released.

Plan change from day one

Communication, training and leadership role-modelling are planned alongside the design, not added after go-live.

Deliver value in waves

Short waves with visible results build support and let you adjust the plan as you learn what works.

Keep the portfolio honest

Regular reviews stop, merge or re-scope initiatives that no longer fit the strategy or are not delivering.

Outcomes

What you get

  • A transformation strategy with a sequenced plan and business case
  • Redesigned end-to-end processes based on real process data
  • Customer and employee journeys with clear improvement priorities
  • A working transformation office with governance and reporting
  • A change and adoption plan with measured uptake
  • A benefits register with owners, baselines and tracking

AI-powered

Unleash the power of AI

We offer the possibility of using AI throughout this work: ready-to-use AI tools, or a customised version built for your organisation that can run inside your own infrastructure. In digital transformation, AI-supported process mining finds bottlenecks, variants and automation candidates in your system logs, and AI analyses survey answers and customer feedback to show where journeys break down — so redesign starts from evidence.

Starter offer

Process Discovery Sprint

A fixed-scope, four-week engagement that uses your own system data to show how one key process really runs, where value is lost and what to change first.

Week 1

Scope

Choose the process, agree goals and extract event data from the systems involved.

Week 2

Mine

Reconstruct the actual process flow and measure lead times, variants, rework and handovers.

Week 3

Redesign

Workshops with the people who run the process to design a simpler future flow.

Week 4

Prioritise

Improvement and automation options presented with expected benefits and next steps.

You receive

  • A data-based map of how the process really runs today
  • The main bottlenecks, rework loops and cost drivers
  • A redesigned target process agreed with the process owners
  • A prioritised improvement plan with expected benefits

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does a digital transformation take?

A transformation is usually run as a series of waves over one to three years, but the first wave should deliver visible results within a few months. The Process Discovery Sprint typically gives you a fact-based starting point in four weeks.

How is this different from an IT project?

An IT project delivers a system; a transformation changes how people, processes and systems work together to reach a business goal. That is why we measure success in business benefits and adoption, not only in go-live dates.

Do we need process mining tools already in place?

No. We can work with the tools you already have, such as existing process mining or analytics platforms, or bring the right tooling through our partner network. What matters is access to event data from the systems that support the process.

How do you work with our own teams and suppliers?

We act as your single point of contact and bring specialists from our partner network where needed, for example in change management or process automation. Your own staff and existing suppliers stay involved, and we coordinate the work across all of them.
