Intelligent Automation
Find the repetitive work in your processes and automate it end to end, combining process mining, RPA, document AI and agents, with people kept in control of the exceptions.
Is this for you?
You might need this if…
Staff copy data between systems by hand every day, and errors creep in.
Invoices, orders or applications arrive as PDFs and emails and are keyed in manually.
You have bots that break whenever a screen changes, and maintenance eats up the savings.
Processes look simple on paper, but nobody knows where time is really lost.
What we deliver
What it covers
Automation assessment and process mining
We analyse event logs from systems such as your ERP or ticketing tool to see how processes really run, where they loop and where time is lost. You get a ranked list of automation candidates with estimated effort and benefit.
Robotic process automation (RPA)
We build software robots that handle rule-based tasks across systems that lack APIs, such as data entry, reconciliations and reporting. They are designed for stability, with logging and exception handling.
Intelligent document processing
We use AI to read invoices, contracts, orders and forms, extract the data and validate it against your systems. Documents that pass go straight through, and only uncertain ones go to a person.
Agentic process automation
We combine AI agents with workflows so processes that need interpretation, such as triaging emails or handling claims, can be automated end to end. Agents act within defined rules and escalate when they are unsure.
Low-code workflow automation
We build approval flows, notifications and integrations with tools such as Power Automate, so business teams can automate everyday work themselves. Guardrails keep these solutions secure and supportable.
Automation centre of excellence and support
We help you set up the standards, pipeline and governance to scale automation, and we monitor and maintain your bots and flows. Automations keep running as your systems change.
Our approach
How we work
01
Discover
Process mining and interviews show how work really flows and where the effort goes.
02
Design
A target process and the right tool for each step: integration, RPA, document AI or an agent.
03
Automate
Automations built, tested with real cases and released in small increments.
04
Run
Monitoring, maintenance and benefit tracking keep automations working as systems change.
Best practices
What we bring to every engagement
Fix the process before automating it
Automating a broken process only makes mistakes faster, so we simplify first.
Prefer APIs over screen-scraping
Where systems offer integrations we use them, keeping RPA for cases where nothing else works.
Design for exceptions
Every automation has a clear route for the cases it cannot handle, so nothing gets lost.
Measure with real data
Process mining gives a baseline before and evidence after, instead of estimates from workshops.
People approve high-risk steps
Payments, customer commitments and decisions about people always pass a person.
Plan for maintenance
Every bot has an owner, monitoring and documentation from day one, because systems change.
Outcomes
What you get
- A process map based on real system data
- A prioritised automation backlog with business cases
- Automations in production, with monitoring
- Document processing that runs straight through when confidence is high
- Governance for low-code and citizen developers
- A support model that keeps automations running
AI-powered
Unleash the power of AI
We offer the possibility of using AI throughout this work: ready-to-use AI tools, or a customised version built for your organisation that can run inside your own infrastructure. In intelligent automation, AI reads unstructured documents and emails, classifies requests and decides the next step, so automation can reach processes that rule-based bots cannot handle. Sensitive material such as contracts or personnel files can be processed by models running in your own environment, so it never leaves the organisation.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can we automate a process?
A single, well-defined automation is typically live within four to eight weeks. Larger end-to-end processes are usually delivered in releases over a few months, with benefits from the first release.
Which tools do you use?
We work with established platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath, and with the automation features already in your ERP, CRM or service management tools. If you have a platform in place, we build on it rather than adding another.
What happens to the people whose tasks are automated?
In most cases they move to work that needs judgement, such as handling exceptions, customer contact and improvement. We help you plan the change and communicate it early.
Who maintains the automations?
You can maintain them yourselves with our documentation and training, or let us monitor and support them. Altechy remains your single point of contact, with automation specialists from our partner network.
