Microsoft 365 & Collaboration
Get a secure, well-governed digital workplace where people find information, work together easily and can use Copilot without exposing what they shouldn’t see.
Is this for you?
You might need this if…
You want to roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot, but you’re not sure who can see what in SharePoint and Teams.
Teams sprawl has left hundreds of sites with no owner and no idea what’s in them.
Your intranet is outdated, and employees rely on email to find out what’s going on.
A merger, acquisition or divestment means you need to move users, mailboxes and files between tenants.
What we deliver
What it covers
Microsoft 365 and Teams
We plan and deploy Microsoft 365 and Teams, including security baselines, governance and adoption. People get tools that work together, and IT keeps control over identity, devices and data.
SharePoint and intranets
We build modern SharePoint intranets and document management with clear information architecture. Employees find news and documents quickly, and content owners can keep pages current themselves.
Copilot readiness
We review permissions, oversharing and sensitivity labelling before Copilot goes live, and set up governance with Microsoft Purview. Copilot then works on the right information and doesn’t surface what users shouldn’t see.
Power Platform
We help you use Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI safely, with environment strategy, data policies and a centre of excellence. Teams build their own solutions while IT keeps oversight.
Google Workspace
We deploy, secure and govern Google Workspace, and support migrations between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 in either direction. You get a well-run workplace on the platform that fits your organisation.
Tenant migrations
We plan and run tenant-to-tenant migrations of users, mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint for mergers and divestments. Cutovers are staged to keep disruption for users to a minimum.
Our approach
How we work
01
Assess
Review your tenant configuration, security settings, permissions, content sprawl and how people actually work today.
02
Design
Define information architecture, governance, security and the target collaboration setup, together with IT and the business.
03
Deploy
Configure, migrate and roll out in waves, with pilot groups testing before wider launch.
04
Adopt
Training, champions and usage analytics turn the new tools into new habits, and governance keeps the tenant tidy.
Best practices
What we bring to every engagement
Fix permissions before Copilot
Copilot respects existing permissions, so oversharing must be cleaned up and labels applied before licences are assigned.
Governance from the first team
Naming, ownership, lifecycle and guest-access policies are set before sprawl starts, not after.
Information architecture over folders
Hub sites, metadata and clear ownership make information findable long after the project team has left.
Champions drive adoption
A network of trained colleagues in each department spreads good habits faster than any central campaign.
Low-code with guardrails
Data policies and managed environments let citizen developers build safely without creating shadow IT.
Secure by default
Conditional access, multi-factor authentication and data loss prevention are part of the baseline, not optional extras.

AI-powered
Unleash the power of AI
We offer the possibility of using AI throughout this work: ready-to-use AI tools, or a customised version built for your organisation that can run inside your own infrastructure. In the digital workplace, AI helps scan large tenants for overshared and sensitive content, suggests labels and ownership, and supports the Copilot roll-out by identifying high-value use cases and tracking adoption by role.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is our data ready for Copilot?
Copilot can only see what a user already has access to, but in many tenants that is far more than intended. The Copilot Readiness Check shows where the risks are and what to fix before a wider roll-out.
How long does a tenant migration take?
It depends on the number of users, the amount of data and how quickly the organisations need to work together. Smaller migrations can be done in weeks, while larger ones usually run in several waves over a few months.
Can you help us with Google Workspace too?
Yes. Through our partner network we support both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including organisations that run both or are moving between them.
Do you work with our existing Microsoft partner?
Yes. We act as your single point of contact and can complement your current Microsoft partner and licensing provider rather than replace them. We focus on the areas where you need extra capacity or expertise.
