ERP & Finance Platforms
Move to a modern ERP — or get more out of the one you have — with standard processes, clean data and a go-live your finance team can trust.
Is this for you?
You might need this if…
Your SAP ECC or older ERP is nearing the end of its support life, and you need a realistic plan for S/4HANA or an alternative.
Month-end close depends on spreadsheets and manual workarounds because the ERP no longer matches how the business works.
Years of customisation make every upgrade slow, risky and expensive.
Acquired companies run different ERP and payroll systems, and consolidated reporting takes far too much effort.
What we deliver
What it covers
SAP S/4HANA
We plan and deliver S/4HANA programmes — greenfield, brownfield or selective data transition — and support the platform after go-live. You get a migration path chosen on your data, customisations and appetite for process change.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central
We implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain for complex, multi-entity businesses and Business Central for growing companies. Both are configured close to standard, so updates stay manageable and costs predictable.
IFS, Oracle and other ERP platforms
Through our partner network we bring experienced specialists for IFS, Oracle and other leading ERP platforms. You get the same structured delivery and one point of contact, whichever platform fits your business.
Finance, procurement and supply chain processes
We redesign record-to-report, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes around the ERP’s standard capabilities. The result is faster close, better spend control and fewer manual handovers.
HR and payroll platforms
We implement and integrate HR and payroll platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, including local payroll requirements. Employee data is mastered once and flows correctly to finance and IT.
Embedded AI in ERP
We help you assess and switch on the AI already built into your ERP, such as SAP Joule and Microsoft Copilot. Use cases are chosen for measurable effect, with data access and controls set up first.
Our approach
How we work
01
Assess
A review of current processes, customisations, data quality and integrations, leading to a clear choice of platform and migration approach.
02
Design
Fit-to-standard workshops define the target processes, organisational structures and the few extensions that are truly needed.
03
Build & migrate
Configuration, integrations and repeated data-migration rehearsals, with testing that involves the people who will use the system.
04
Go live
A controlled cutover, hypercare and handover to support, followed by continuous improvement as new releases arrive.
Best practices
What we bring to every engagement
Fit to standard
Adapting processes to the platform’s standard keeps upgrades cheap; custom code is reserved for what genuinely sets you apart.
Clean core
Extensions are built outside the ERP core through APIs and side-by-side apps, so the core can be updated without regression risk.
Data migration is its own workstream
Data cleansing, mapping and several full rehearsals start early, because poor data is the most common reason a go-live slips.
Finance owns the design
Key users from finance and supply chain lead the process decisions, so the system matches how the business actually works.
Controls built in
Segregation of duties, approval flows and audit trails are designed in from the start, not retrofitted for the auditors.
Plan for life after go-live
A support model, release routine and key-user network are in place before cutover, not organised afterwards.

AI-powered
Unleash the power of AI
We offer the possibility of using AI throughout this work: ready-to-use AI tools, or a customised version built for your organisation that can run inside your own infrastructure. In ERP programmes, AI analyses legacy custom code and process logs to show what can be retired, helps profile and cleanse master data before migration, and generates test cases from process designs — shortening the most labour-intensive phases of the project.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long does an ERP project take?
It depends heavily on scope, number of entities and data quality. A Business Central implementation for a single company can take a few months, while a multi-country S/4HANA programme usually runs over a year or more, often in waves.
Should we choose greenfield or brownfield for S/4HANA?
Brownfield conversion keeps your history and processes and is usually faster, while greenfield gives you a clean start with standard processes. Many organisations land on a selective approach, and the right answer comes from analysing your customisations and data.
Can you work with our current ERP partner?
Yes. As your single point of contact we can coordinate with your existing ERP partner, add specialists from our network where you lack capacity, or take over delivery if that is what you want.
How do we keep the business running during the cutover?
We plan cutover in detail and rehearse it, including data migration and fallback steps. Cutover is usually scheduled around period-end, with hypercare support ready from the first day.
