Programme & Project Delivery

Put experienced delivery leaders on your most important IT initiatives — and get honest status, controlled risk and a realistic path to done.

Is this for you?

You might need this if…

A key project keeps slipping, the budget is under pressure and status reports still say green.

You have more initiatives than people to lead them, and no common way of planning, prioritising or reporting.

Your CIO or IT manager has left, and you need a steady, experienced leader in place while you recruit.

Teams have adopted agile in name, but delivery is no faster and coordination across teams is getting harder.

What we deliver

What it covers

Project, programme and portfolio management

We provide experienced project and programme managers who plan, lead and deliver complex IT initiatives. At portfolio level, we help you balance demand, capacity and priorities across all initiatives.

PMO set-up and PMO-as-a-service

We set up a PMO that fits your size, with standard methods, templates and reporting, or run it for you as a service. Leadership gets reliable, comparable status across projects.

Agile transformation and coaching

We help teams and leaders adopt agile and scaled agile ways of working that suit your organisation. Coaches work alongside teams until the new practices hold without them.

Interim IT leadership

We place experienced interim CIOs, CTOs and IT managers who can step in quickly, stabilise the organisation and keep decisions moving. They can also prepare the ground for a permanent hire.

Delivery assurance and project recovery

We carry out independent health checks of projects and programmes and give management a clear view of risks and options. When a project is in trouble, we lead the recovery and reset the plan.

AI-assisted planning, reporting and risk tracking

We use AI to draft status reports, flag schedule and dependency risks early and keep RAID logs up to date. Project managers spend less time on administration and more on decisions.

Our approach

How we work

01

Assess

We review scope, plan, budget, team and risks to understand the real state of the initiative or portfolio.

02

Plan

A realistic plan with clear milestones, roles, governance and reporting that management can trust.

03

Deliver

Active leadership of the work: managing dependencies, suppliers, risks and decisions week by week.

04

Close

Controlled handover to operations, lessons learned captured and benefits followed up after delivery.

Best practices

What we bring to every engagement

Report status honestly

Early, honest reporting of problems gives management time to act, while late surprises remove the options.

Fit the method to the work

Predictive, agile or hybrid approaches are chosen per initiative, based on how well the requirements are understood.

Make decisions visible

A clear decision log and named owners stop work from stalling while people wait for answers.

Manage suppliers as one team

Joint plans, shared milestones and regular cross-supplier reviews prevent gaps between contracts.

Protect the critical path

Dependencies and scarce specialists are tracked actively, because that is where most delays begin.

Plan the handover early

Operations, support and training are planned from the start so go-live is not the end of the hard work.

AI-powered

Unleash the power of AI

We offer the possibility of using AI throughout this work: ready-to-use AI tools, or a customised version built for your organisation that can run inside your own infrastructure. In project delivery, AI drafts status reports and meeting summaries, keeps risk and action logs current and spots schedule slippage or overloaded resources across the portfolio before they become delays.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can you provide a project manager or interim leader?

It depends on the role and the skills needed, but we usually propose candidates quickly through our partner network. We focus on finding the right fit for your situation rather than the first available person.

How long does a health check take?

A Project Health Check typically takes about three weeks, depending on the size of the initiative and how quickly we can meet the people involved. Larger programmes may need a little longer.

Can you work with our existing suppliers and methods?

Yes. We lead and coordinate the work with your existing suppliers, tools and project methods, and only suggest changes where they clearly help delivery. As your single point of contact, we take responsibility for keeping all parties aligned.

Do you favour agile or traditional project management?

Neither by default. We choose the approach that fits each initiative, and many large IT programmes work best with a hybrid of agile delivery and clear stage-based governance.
