How quickly will we see results?
Pilot teams usually see faster, more reliable deployments within the first few months. A full internal developer platform rolled out across many teams typically takes longer and is built up in stages.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Not necessarily. Kubernetes is powerful but adds complexity, and many applications run well on managed app services or serverless. We recommend it only where the scale and number of services justify it.
Can you work with our current tools, such as GitHub, GitLab or Azure DevOps?
